Today, commit to the following:


1. Refrain from worrying or thinking about anything happening tomorrow or at a future date and time.


2. Whenever you think about any other time than right now, tell yourself, “All will be well.”


3. Humans are sensory beings. Pay close attention to sights, sounds, and smells all day long. Our senses help ground us within the present moment and assist with savoring the tiny details that enhance our daily travels.

Finally

Keep a daily journal that tracks three savored moments you experienced throughout the day. You will be amazed at how quickly you have a list of things, people, and places to be thankful for daily.
